Usage Guidelines

To achieve the best cleaning results:

1. Preparation:
   Inspect the water box, pipelines, and filters. Replace or clean filter materials if necessary.
2. System Setup:
   Fill the cleaning tank with RO permeate water.
3. Solution Preparation:
   Add the appropriate quantity of RO Alkaline Cleaner F-261 to achieve a 1–3% dilution (1:45 ratio). Mix thoroughly and measure pH to confirm it’s within the optimal range.
4. Cleaning Cycle:
   Circulate the cleaning solution through the RO system for 5–20 minutes, monitoring the pH periodically.
5. Adjust and Repeat:
   If the pH rises during cleaning, add more F-261 or acid as needed. For severe fouling, discard the first batch of detergent and repeat with a new solution.
6. Temperature Control:
   Maintain the recommended temperature range; do not exceed the maximum limit specified by the membrane manufacturer.
7. Post-Cleaning:
   Thoroughly flush the system with permeate water to remove all cleaning residues before restarting normal operation.
