Product Performance

The product contains active functional groups with strong chelating ability toward calcium, magnesium, iron, and other metal ions. It effectively prevents the precipitation and deposition of common scales such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and barium sulfate in membrane separation systems. By interfering with the crystal growth process, it keeps the scale crystals loose and easily flushed away by water flow—thereby preventing scale buildup on membranes, pipelines, and equipment.

These functional groups also form a dense protective film on metal surfaces, effectively blocking corrosive agents such as oxygen and chloride ions to deliver excellent corrosion inhibition. The product exhibits surface activity that promotes dispersion and penetration throughout the system, enhancing its overall performance.
